Rules of Professional Conduct

The rules of professional conduct for California landscape architects were adopted under California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 2670. The LATC adopted these rules to protect the public by setting out areas of behavior for which a landscape architect risks being disciplined. Landscape architects are required to comply with these rules covering competency, misconduct, conflict of interest, full disclosure, and copyright infringement.
