Overview
Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 2615 - Form of Examinations, a candidate who has a combination of 6 years of qualifying education and training experience, as specified in Section 2620 - Education and Training Credits, shall be eligible and may apply for the Landscape Architect Registration Examination (LARE).

Extension Certificate in landscape architecture and a degree in landscape architecture, where the degree program consists of at least a two-year curriculum | 3 years |
Degree in architecture, where the degree program has been accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) | 2 years |
Degree in civil engineering, where the degree program has been accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) | 2 years |
